Wilet is in love. This year, we are consumed by our latest collection, A Love Letter to Portugal. Chapter by chapter, we have been unveiling new 100% linen home essentials and next we're thrilled to release Chapter 4: The Waffle Collection. Developed with guidance from Jackie Kai Ellis, these 100% waffle linen Bath Towels and Sheets are an evolution on some of the most-loved elements of our previous collections and inspired by the salty air, sandy shores and nautical vibes of Portugal.
Anna's inspiration
"We worked closely with Jackie Kai Ellis to build on the thoughtful design features of [The Spa Collection], our inaugural Bathe linen towel launch - retired 2022.
We’ve also switched up the colours to reflect more colourful, modern design trends. Our previous collection was very calming and very “spa” — these new colours are nautically inspired by Portuguese seaside towns. Serving big coastal grandmother vibes to carry summer memories into the winter months."

Our steam room showstopper. This bright, bold blue inspired by the hand-painted tiles adorning buildings and boardwalks of Portuguese coastal towns.
Meet Cream.
A light and versatile warm neutral pulled from...well, everywhere. From the sun-bleached architecture winding through the towns, stretching to the froth-capped waves. This is our gift to linen lovers who've been asking for an "off-white" in our Bathe line.
Meet Fawn.
A soft, neutral brown that transports us to our feet sinking into the sand of Portugal's beaches. 
What's new?
If you loved our Spa Collection, don't worry. You'll notice immediately that The Waffle Collection does look and feel slightly different, but that's because we've improved upon the features you already love. Here are a few things you can expect to get wrapped up in:
- A tighter, more absorbent waffle texture than our previous collections.
- Woven, thick hemmed ends. This adds weight to the Sheets and Towels and provides a cleaner finish.

The convenient hanging hook is now made from different material than the rest of the towel to provide more stability.
We've also created The Waffle Collection with our production partners in Guimarães, Portugal. So, now all of our linen lovers can take home a souvenir from a region celebrated as much for its beauty as its linen expertise.
